Hours of Operation
Tuesday – Saturday
9 am – 5 pm
After hours by appointment only.
Appointments:
Appointments are required for the procedures, but walk-ins are welcome. We will do our best to accommodate you.
We ask that first time clients arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment to complete any necessary documentation. For your convenience you can print out the registration forms from our website. Click here
Payments:
All services must be prepaid. Down payment for Botox and Fillers is $300.
A photo ID is required for processing checks. All returned checks are subject to a $25 penalty.
Cancellations
As a courtesy, we give you a reminder call the day before to confirm your appointment. We understand that at times it is necessary to cancel or change an appointment. Please notify us 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule. If a client fails to show up the second time, their card will be charged for 50%.
Appointments cancelled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will be billed $ 50 redeemable towards the next treatment within 14 days.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment time will need to be adjusted so that your therapist stays on schedule and clients scheduled after you will not have to wait.
Courtesy
Please help us maintain the serenity of the spa by silencing cell phones and pagers. Also, children must be accompanied by an adult in order to maintain our peaceful environment.
Product Returns
If you have a reaction to a product, please bring the unused portion along with your sales receipt and we will gladly refund your money. Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase and 75% of the product must be remaining.
Privacy
We will maintain and use your personal information for our internal purposes only and shall not disclose or share your information to a third party without your authorization.
Gift Cards
Our gift cards are available for all spa services, laser & cosmetic procedures and skin care products for any dollar amount and are valid for 2 years from the date of purchase.
Personal Items
Please leave all expensive and valuable items at home, as we can not be responsible for the lost belongings.
